I didn’t start as a consultant. I started where you probably are—in the business, solving real problems, building real teams, chasing real results.
What I learned over three decades is this: The best organizations are built by practitioners who understand what actually works when cash flow is tight, customers are demanding, and time is scarce.

Learning Leadership on ground
I spent my first 29 years in leading Sales and Business Development, Operations, Application Engineering, fixing broken systems, and discovering that most organisational problems aren’t technical. They’re leadership problems disguised as operational issues.
This is where I learned that:
- Technical capability alone doesn’t drive results—leadership does
- The best process can fail without ownership
- Growth creates complexity faster than most organizations can adapt
These weren’t theories. These were daily realities that shaped how I think about organisational capability.
Discovering the Systems That Scale
After 29 years in organisations, I transitioned to Growth Consulting, obsessed with one question: How do you build businesses that execute with discipline when the founder isn’t in the room?
This led me to Leadership Management International (LMI)—one of the world’s most proven leadership development systems. I became a licensed coach in 2024, and I’ve since delivered coaching across organizations.
What I discovered: Leadership excellence isn’t about charisma or inspiration. It’s about systematic habits that create predictable outcomes.
Integrating ESG Into the Growth Equation
Around 2022, a pattern emerged. Clients who had successfully built leadership systems started facing a new barrier: customer ESG requirements. I realized ESG wasn’t a separate “compliance initiative”—it was becoming a commercial imperative.
I invested 24 months obtaining ESG certifications, BRSR training, carbon accounting credentials and understanding how to build practical implementation systems.
Simultaneously I started working on my Doctoral Research to understand how organizations are integrating the ESG imperative with the Digital transformation and have completed the research. Now I am working on creating concepts and measures of this integration so that Indian Organizations can benchmark on these aspects and understand the metrics.
